Success Stories
The Australian College of Dance prides itself on the growth and development of our students in their journey to become dedicated Dance Teachers.
Have a look at some of our success stories below:

Rylie Jane Marks
“In March of 2017, my much beloved dance teacher, Lisa Brooks, passed away rather suddenly, leaving a strain on my other teacher who stepped up and purchased the dance school so it could continue to run. I wanted to be able to help as much as I could, I had already been a student teacher for a number of years and decided to get a qualification. The Australian College of Dance and my tutor Helen Rawlings helped me achieve that goal of gaining a Certificate 3 in Assistant Dance Teaching. The course has taught and prepared me for all aspects involved in dance teaching. “
Jean Franco Vilar
“I was born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, a city that never stops dancing and music is everywhere. The course gives you plenty of confidence in yourself, it teaches you how to get to know your body with movements, which is a very important part when you dance, I also enjoy teaching children which is also part of the program, they are the best to practice your skills.
Every Tuesday and Wednesday we share our passion for dance, we make it a party instead of a class, because we are a happy dancing family. I cannot wait for the rest of the program and focus on teaching special children and elderly persons.”
