Skills Recognition Program
If you are already a dance teacher, with experience, you may like to apply for our Skills Recognition Program.
The Skills Recognition Program recognises those with current industry experience and previous training and applies this as a credit towards the national CUA30313 – Certificate III in Assistant Dance Teaching or CUA40313 – Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management
Your experience and previous training will be used to reduce the amount of training and assessment you will need to complete to obtain your national Dance Teaching qualification.
Am I eligible to apply for the Dance Teacher Recognition Program?
The following people should apply for our Skills Recognition Program:
- Current Dance teachers or assistant dance teachers
- Those with more than 2 years current dance teaching experience
- Those who are able to provide work references as a dance teacher to support your application
Next Step to Apply for Skills Recognition
The first step is to complete the pre-assessment application for Skills Recognition Program.
The College will review the application and confirm your status to achieve your national Dance Teaching qualification via the for Skills Recognition Program.
You then confirm your application by formally enrolling into the program along with your enrolment fee.
